To help ensure we meet regulatory requirements and for the safety of our patients, staff, and visitors, all vendor representatives must be registered with Symplr. If you are already registered, you will be required to swipe your vendor badge at the front desk vendor station to ensure your credentials are current and log your visit.
If you are not currently registered with Symplr, please do so prior to your visit. Registration can be completed by following these steps:
1. Go to www.symplr.com
2. Click the green Sign Up button
3. Complete the required fields
4. Click Create My Account
After registering, you have 30 days to electronically submit the required credentials through the Symplr site. If you do not submit the required credentials during this period, you will be denied access to our facility. Questions or concerns may be directed to Symplr at (866) 373-9725.
